Bloomize for medical & dental clinics

See how new patients find your practice

Bloomize shows how many people found your clinic or dental office on Google, called or clicked to book, and how your reviews compare month to month. It never touches patient records.

One page, once a month

Practices often pay for marketing without a clear view of new-patient demand. Bloomize shows the Google side of that demand each month in plain words. Because it only reads aggregated marketing data from Google, your website analytics and email tool, it does not access, store or process patient health information.

Bloomize is a marketing reporting tool, not a healthcare system. Keep patient information out of review replies, forms and marketing tools; see HHS guidance below.

Five things to fix first

  1. Pick the right primary category (for example Dentist or Pediatrician) and add your services.
  2. Keep each practitioner’s listing consistent with Google’s rules for practitioners.
  3. Reply to reviews without confirming anyone is a patient. Thank them and invite them to call the office.
  4. Make the booking link obvious on your listing and on phones.
  5. Watch calls by week to see the effect of a new service or insurance change.

Questions

Bloomize only reads marketing data such as search clicks, calls from your listing and review text that is already public. It does not receive patient health information, so do not send any to it.

Bloomize reports per location. Practitioner listings follow Google’s guidelines; ask us if you need help with them.

Growth covers 2 locations and Pro covers 3 with weekly rankings.
