Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Bloomize, including agencies and the clients they invite.

You may not

• Connect, view or report on any Google, Business Profile, analytics, email or other account that you do not own or are not authorized to access.
• Use Bloomize for anything illegal, deceptive or fraudulent, or to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Use Bloomize to create, buy, sell or manipulate reviews, or to break the policies of Google or other platforms we connect to.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or test our security without written permission.
• Overload or disrupt the Service, for example with automated scraping, excessive requests or bots, or bypass usage limits.
• Copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, except as allowed on the agency plan.
• Upload malware or harmful code, or use the Service to send spam.
• Share your login with people outside your business; invite them as users instead.

Fair use

Each plan includes the locations, keywords, rank grids and AI checks listed on our pricing page. If usage is far beyond normal for a plan, we will contact you about options before taking action.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may warn you, remove access to a connected account, limit features, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious the issue is. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
