This Privacy Policy explains how Los Angeles SEO Inc., doing business as Bloomize (“Bloomize”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit bloomize.com, use app.bloomize.com, or contact us (the “Service”). It also explains your choices and rights.
Summary
- We collect only what we need to run your reports, bill you and support you.
- Connected accounts are accessed read-only, and you can disconnect them at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Data from Google APIs is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name, website, business address or service area, and plan.
- Billing information: billing name, address, tax ID if you add one, and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: messages, free check and expert help requests, and support emails.
- Settings you enter: keywords to track, questions for AI visibility checks, competitors, report recipients and branding (for agencies).
Information from accounts you connect
When you choose to connect a service, you pick the account, property or location to share. Depending on what you connect, we receive:
- Google Search Console: search queries, clicks, impressions, average position and page URLs for the websites you select.
- Google Analytics: aggregated visits, traffic sources, pages and conversions for the properties you select.
- Google Business Profile: location details, performance metrics (views, calls, direction requests, website clicks) and reviews for the locations you select.
- Google Ads: campaign spend, clicks, impressions and conversions for the accounts you select.
- Constant Contact: campaign results (sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes) and list sizes. We do not download your contact list.
- HubSpot (if connected): new contact records created in the period, to count leads.
- The email address of the Google or other account you used to connect, and access tokens, which we store encrypted.
Information we collect automatically
- Website analytics: on bloomize.com and app.bloomize.com we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the Service (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and approximate location). Logged-in users are identified to analytics only by a random code, never by name or email. See our Cookie Policy.
- Log and security data: IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs, used to keep the Service secure and working.
- Cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms.
Public information
To build some reports we collect public information about your business and your market, such as Google Maps search results around your location, public reviews, your website’s uptime, security certificate and page speed, and answers that AI assistants give to questions about your type of business.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: build your dashboard and monthly reports, run checks and send alerts you asked for.
- To create and manage your account, process payments and send receipts, renewal reminders and service notices.
- To answer questions and provide support, and to reply to expert help requests you send.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated analytics.
- To send product news or tips by email. You can unsubscribe at any time; service and billing emails are still sent.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Google API data (Limited Use)
Bloomize’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We request only the access needed for the reports you use: read-only Search Console (
webmasters.readonly), read-only Analytics (analytics.readonly) and Business Profile (business.manage, which we use only to read locations, performance and reviews; Bloomize does not post, edit or delete anything).
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing reporting features you see in Bloomize.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based ads.
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- No person at Bloomize reads your Google user data unless you give permission (for example, when you ask for support or expert help), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
You can disconnect Google at any time in Bloomize (Connect Google → Disconnect) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we revoke the access token and stop collecting new data.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who process it for us under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our instructions, such as hosting, payments, email and data providers. See our list of subprocessors.
- Your agency, if an agency set up or manages your Bloomize account, and the people you invite to your account.
- Los Angeles SEO Inc. expert team, only when you request expert help, so we can review your numbers and reply.
- Authorities or others when required by law, to protect rights, safety and security, or to enforce our Terms.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, with notice to you.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
5. How long we keep information
- Account and report data: while your account is active. After you close your account or your trial ends without a plan, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.
- Data from a disconnected service: we stop collecting it right away and delete stored tokens; previously stored report history is deleted within 90 days of disconnection or when you ask.
- Billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting law (generally up to 7 years).
- Free check and expert help requests: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
6. Security
We protect information with HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage of access tokens, hashed passwords, access controls and regular updates. See our Security page. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
